Well on today’s episode I’ve got Boston-based composer, producer, and keyboardist JPRiZM, who has is on a solo project that goes beyond time and genre. He is one hell of a music historian inspired by legends like Prince, Sister Sledge, MJ, and Lionel Richie. JPRiZM effortlessly blends elements of the French touch boom, courtesy of artists from ed banger records and Daft Punk. The result? Haha my goodness, a captivating journey through the ages of music, influenced by fantasy and science fiction. His new one Analog Dreams promises to give listeners an experience that will live with them a life time.
Now maybe you don’t game that much but JPRiZM’s collaboration “Galileo” was featured on the legendary basketball simulator NBA2K, which tells you how much of creativity, energy and how good his creations are. Well go listen to that track, Galileo and just know what you’re in for on this new one Analog Dreams. Now this new single, “Analog Dreams,” is a track that was wonderfully created in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, which demonstrates JPRiZM’s dedication to his craft. This single pays homage to the epic 80s retro future, pushing the boundaries of the synthwaves genre while staying true to the distinctive PRiZM sound. The way the track starts is surprising, it comes in as a growing beautiful soundtrack for a raging game, then makes you expect a rock-pop like beat, then the electronic elements comes in and changes the whole track’s nature.
