Guys!! Have you had a meal that’s soo good that you really wish it never finished and wished you could enjoy that meal over and over again without getting addicted haha, yes that’s what I’m talking about when I say this album titled “Clear As Can Be” from “North of Tomorrow” is. Just imagine Peter Gabriel, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, Frank Zappa, Radiohead, King Crimson, The Who, Todd Rundgren, Weather Report, David Sylvian, Led Zeppelin, The Black Crowes, and Miles Davis all coming together in a musical melting pot, haha that’s the essence of North of Tomorrow. The band consisting of Gary Adrian, Brian Mueller, and Stephen Rogers, invites listeners into a realm where genres mixes freely. So grab your seatbelt and let’s enjoy this ride.

Well North of Tomorrow is not just a band; it’s a collective of long-time musical collaborators and bandmates. Gary Adrian, Brian Mueller, and Stephen Rogers, with their musical roots aged for decades, infuse creativity from side musicians worldwide. These music acts comes together to create musical experience that goes beyond just one genre, promising something different with each note, so are you ready to experience and explore the unknown freely? Sparking life into the album to what promises to be a beautiful journey is the first track “Late Again”. In this track, North of Tomorrow uses this cool storytelling traditions of classic rock. The song starts beautifully with this magical nature sounds, where the drums and guitar joins in then this male vocals spices it up. As the song keeps building up, it takes a whole new twist and brings in an element of surprise that takes the listener into a whole new environment of contemplation and reflection with those lyrics. I love how the song is down tempo, crystal clear, providing an avenue for the listener to enjoy every note in there. With those catchy hooks and a blend of poetic expression and those band interludes, this becomes the perfect album opener that keeps listeners glued and wanting for more.

Another track on the album that’s magical and soulful is “Kentucky Burden”. This song gives this afternoon country vibes that I love soo much. With the way the song speaks of redemption and love’s transformative power, the track rides on smooth, Tennessee whiskey-inspired vibes. As this song goes on, you realize how love can make you intoxicated with it’s warmth and juice. Ma favourite on the album. I love the vibes and relate to it soo much, especially those guitar interludes and drums, leaving you to feel the power of love and how drunk you can get with the sweetness of strawberry wine.

Taking the album to a climax is the beautiful song “This and That”. In “This and That”, you’re allowed to explore those beautiful instrumentals, immerse yourself into a world of beautiful moments, giving your room to enjoy the creativity of the band. Such a beautiful way to end an album, those guitar riffs and interludes are magical, demonstrating the diverse nature of the band with those layered melodies, and intricate instrumentals. Well I must say North of Tomorrow creates music that offers a new discovery with every listen. What’s beautiful is, there’s a song for everyone on there and that’s why you can’t miss on this album, the creativity, those deep lyrics, how they blend genres and the way they do it with top notch delivery, this album become a must-listen masterpiece.

Well North of Tomorrow invites us all to come and experience music that has the ability to penetrate your soul and gets you intoxicated with it’s melodies.
